Are you committing slow-motion suicide?
I’ve had a friend hang himself, seen a person seconds after he jumped off an overpass, but most of us don’t commit suicide that dramatically.
We do it by slowly disconnecting and giving up one piece at a time, until we become a shadow of what we were.
The only cure I know is to complete something good — quickly and frequently.
That’s how we become significant enough to want to keep living.
