3 Meritorious Promotions in 4 years while in the USMC, wrestled in Quantico at the All-Marine Wrestling facility, #1 in 5 separate sales organizations, and has assisted in producing over $20 million in sales since 2006 as VP of Marketing for Mike Filsaime.
Tom created his 5 Step Success Magnet System after the events of 9/11/01 to answer the question he has been asked so many times throughout his life which is, “How do you do it?” In hopes of it positively impacting those who learn it to reach their goals and dreams.
